一、 泵的几何安装高度

泵的几何安装高度,对卧式泵是指泵轴中心线到液面的垂直高度。泵的几何安装高度的确定主要从下面两方面来考虑确定的,一是受泵的汽蚀性能限制,即不能太高;另一方面是被淹没的危险,即不能太低。另外还要考虑施工要求及投资成本。
    (1)汽蚀性能限制:可按第三章第四节式(3-11)或式(3-14)来计算确定,即:

(2)淹没危险:在雨季水位上升,要防止泵和电机被淹没的危险。

二、泵离水源的距离

泵应尽量靠近水源,可以减小进水管路长度和阻力损失,但为了使液体平稳吸泵内,在泵吸口前要求有3D以上的直管段,为了减小进水管的长度和弯头,泵的进水口应朝向水源方向。
三、进水池的要求
    泵并不定都要进水池,如小型泵、井泵。但对大型泵,为了使水流平稳,便于检修,常设有进水池。进水池设计的原则是:水流要平稳均匀,流速不要太大,尽量避免产生旋涡。
1.进水池尺寸

6- 1为进水池的最小尺寸要求。

(1)进水池最小深度h
      h=h1+h2+C

式中h1---进水管口离油底的距h1≥(07- 08)D.但是小不得小于0.3m:

H2没深度。 即进水管口至水面的距高,h≥(1.5.20),最小不得小于0. 5m,水面应以季最低动水位的水面来确定:
     C--水面至池 面的距离,注意此时水面应以雨季最高动水位确定,一 0.3~0.5m

(2)进水池的宽度B

进水池的宽度要考虑进水管与壁面的距离,最小应取(1.25 ~ 1.5)D,所以进水池的宽度B≥3D,泵应布置在中间。若是多台泵布置,为防止相互干扰、夺水,两台泵之间要有一定的距离,最小应取(2.5 ~ 3.0)D,有时,因考虑泵检修的需要,还可能要大一些。
    对于无进水池,可参照上述要求来布置泵。
    如果进水池设计不当。减由于系的口格增大后发生了旋涡,可按图6-2的几种防止旋涡发生的方法来改善补救。

6-2(a)是进水他进口处,离进水管1D处,插入旋涡防止板。

2.进水池的布置

进水池虽然符合尺寸要求,但由于布置不当也会产生旋涡或干扰、两泵间夺水等现象,影响泵的正常运转,尤其对大口径泵,正确的布置更为重要。

6-3表示了几种布置形式的好例与坏例,供参考。

3.拦污护网

若油送的液面很脏时,单靠进水管的护网是不够的,常常会有把进口护网堵塞或部分堵塞的危险,造成泵流量减少,更严重的会造成泵的汽蚀。此时,需在进水池进口,或在进水

管四周加拦污护网,护网应倾斜45°~60°。对于水中泥沙较多的情况下,应设沉淀池,以减小对泵过留不久的磨损。

泵房

泵一般都需要设置泵房,以防止雨水风沙侵蚀。对于卧式泵可将进水池布置在泵房外面,对于立式可布置在进水池或水井上面。

房应有足够大的面积,泵与墙壁、泵与泵之间要有一定的距离,便于维修时操作。

泵房应足够的高度,便于安时的吊。如果房的高度不够时。可以在泵房顶开天窗来解决,对大型泵的泵房应设置起吊设备。
