渣浆泵轴向力的产生原因
    (1)叶轮前后两侧因压力不同,前盖板侧压力低,后盖板侧压力高,产生了从叶轮后盖板指向口处的轴向力F1,如图1- 66所示。其中p1为时轮吸口前压力,P2为叶

轮出口处压力,密封环半径为r1,叶轮外径为r2,轮毂半径为rh,abcd曲线为叶轮两侧的压力分布曲线。
    (2)由于液流进叶轮和流出叶轮的方向及速度不同而产生的动反力F2,其方向与F1相反。
    此外,对于口压力较高的悬臂式单吸泵,还要考虑作用在轴端上的口压力引起的轴向压力,其方向与F1相反。对于立式离心泵,其转子的部分质量力作用于轴向。
2. 轴向力的计算
    (1)叶轮前后压力引起的轴向方F1可按下式估算:
                            F1=kπ(r1-rh)(p2- p1)
    (2)体作用于叶轮口的动反力F2:
                             F2=GCo

式中G---叶轮中流体的质量流量

Co---叶轮进口处的速度。

总的轴向力为:

F=F1-F2

般来说F1较大,所以渣浆泵厂家轴向力一般指向进口,只有在启动时,由于正常的轴向力还没有建立,动反力比较明显。
